The restaurant is surrounded by greenery. The kitchen is traveling through the taste of fresh and genuine products, from our land and our sea. We use the fruits and vegetables of the farmers, the oil of the community La Collina, the vegetables grown by the Libera Terra Association confiscated from the mafia, the organic cheese company Floris Siliqua, rice from San Vero Milis. The wines are all special and from Sardinia and coffee is 7Gr.
Every day we make bread and pasta. They are made with durum wheat semolina that we take in Settimo San Pietro where still use the millstone and wooden sieves. Our bread and focaccia have a sourdough full day. We try to please everyone all. We prepare dishes without gluten and lactose. We are careful to all allergens and we ensure that all of us can find the right dishes. We always have a vegetarian menu and adapt our cuisine to the needs of vegans.
Almost four years since the Locanda boys took the stage of the Gambero Rosso for 3 times. According to the guide most widely read in Italy, we are one of the best 10 places nationally and the only in Sardinia, in the relationship between the quality of what it offers and the price you pay. Touring Club also recognized the Locanda, for the third time, a special prize as Good Kitchen. Slow Food has reviewed about "Locande d'Italia", we entered the "Italian Restaurants" L'Espresso and the guide of sommeliers, Bibenda.
